Primarily run on social channels, this summer sweepstakes invited members to enter for a chance to win up to $5,000 in BJ’s gift cards. The social-first activation drove broad awareness, strong engagement, and increased membership interaction across both paid and organic posts.
Williams Sonoma conversion welcome kit
Every conversion includes a welcome kit. These include card carriers with messaging about the card member’s new account, their new credit card, and any terms inserts that are deemed necessary.

Feeling right at home with Williams Sonoma in COF Cafés
The COF Café is an alternative to traditional banking locations. This space features banking services within a café environment. It’s a welcoming space with Café Ambassadors to answer banking questions, room to relax and enjoy coffee, and plenty of outlets to recharge your devices. Larger cafes offer community meeting spaces free of charge. My team was invited to bring WSI to our cafés through 30-second spots on large digital panels throughout the café.
